• The total area of 2800ha, generated 123250
• employment days in two watersheds for 5 years
• Due to stone works in the gullies and drainage
• the run off reduced and soil deposited
• 260 ha brought under cultivation
• 102300 forest species raised on bund
• 280 farmers benefitted
• Cropping pattern changed to– Vegetables, Maize (sweet corn), pulses, horticulture.
• Yield improved an extra 2 to 3 quintals
• Erosion arrested soil depth 7ft improved.

• Bore well Water recharge one meter
• Two crops per year
• 50 ha silt application.
• Revived Organic manure in vegetable farms
• 30 Vermi compost units
• Introduced Horticulture an area of 30 ha units, along with drip
• Priority to vulnerable women, and POP families,
• 60 landless families created sustainable livelihoods
